Terms of Service — StudyHive

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the StudyHive platform ("Service") or the StudyHive mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Library Operations & Membership Services

StudyHive provides cloud management software for independent study library operators, reading rooms, and students. Library operators are solely responsible for ensuring accurate seat allocations, fee collections, and compliance with local business regulations.

3. Acceptable Use & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and staff access pins. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to another organization's data or reverse engineer the StudyHive platform.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
