Google Play User Data Deletion Policy Compliance

In accordance with Google Play Store policies, StudyHive users (Students, Library Staff, Managers, and Owners) have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account credentials and associated personal data.

What Data Will Be Deleted:

Account credentials & authentication tokens
Full name, email address & phone number
Profile avatar & ID proof photo uploads
Device notification tokens & session logs

Data Retention Disclosures:

Financial transaction ledgers and tax receipt records generated by library branch operators are retained as required by applicable tax & commercial accounting regulations.
